Born in 1974, Kemal's culinary journey began at the young age of 12, working as a chef's assistant in local restaurants before completing his formal training at a prestigious culinary school.
After working in renowned restaurants across Marmaris, Dalyan, Göçek, and Istanbul, Chef Kemal brought his expertise to Prague in 2015. As he beautifully puts it: "I cook because I love to tell a story through each dish."
